In all, 461 players from all throughout the nation participated in this five-day, nine-round Swiss League Rating Open competition, including two players from Zimbabwe.
The event was organized by Chandigarh Chess Academy at Dev Samaj College of Education in Chandigarh from 28th June to 2nd July 2024 and time control of the tournament was 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment.
