It depends with your end goal. What do you wish to achieve? Do you want to be a grandmaster? Master? or just a club player. Also, age and the time you have available to do all this will matter. But for me, i divide my day into four parts. First portion, that is early morning, when am free i play as many games as possible. I balance between long time control and blitz (50/50). I always analyze all my games using stockfish.
Then next, i read a book that specifically handles my weakness. Like now am reading Silman’s Endgame book. Then next i do loads of tactics. I prefer timed tactics so that i can push myself to solve faster. It helps simulate the time pressure in real games. Then next i Just watch my favorite chess streamers like the Botez girls, Finegold, Hikaru or Batholomew on YouTube.
